Product Description
The body of the ball (rod) mill is a low-speed rotary cylinder mounted horizontally on two large bearings. The ball (rod) mill is driven by the motor through the reducer and the peripheral large gear reduction rotation or directly through the peripheral large gear reduction transmission by the low-speed speed synchronous motor. The inside of the cylinder is equipped with steel rods or steel balls as grinding medium, and the steel rods and balls are lifted to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force and friction, and fall in a state of throwing or discharge. The ground material enters the cylinder continuously through the feed port, is crushed by the moving grinding medium, and discharges the product out of the machine through the power of overflow and continuous feeding for the next stage of processing. The processing capacity can reach 550 tons/hour, which is a common equipment for large-scale sand making and beneficiation ball (rod) mills.
